E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc. acquires PLASTIMAGEN, the most important plastics industry exhibition in Latin America. This addition adds to an impressive list of commercial and industrial events for EJK's portfolio.

Mexico, D.F., August 30, 2007 – E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc., a major worldwide exhibition and conference organizer, announces their newest acquisition, PLASTIMAGEN MEXICO, the largest plastics industry exhibition in Mexico.

More than 600 companies will exhibit from 22 countries in the 15th edition at Centro Banamex, April 8th through the 11th, 2008, in Mexico City. PLASTIMAGEN will showcase the latest in machinery equipment, plastic transformers, synthetic resins, molds and tools, as well as recycling technology and preliminary chemical components for the plastics industry.

"We are extremely proud to acquire this successful and established international event for the EJK commercial and business portfolio in Mexico," said Ned Krause, President & CEO of E.J. Krause & Associates.

EJK organizes a growing list of successful industrial events, including EXPO MANUFACTURA, WORLD OF CONCRETE MEXICO, a joint venture with Hanley Wood, and manages EXPOPACK MEXICO on behalf of PMMI (Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute).

PLASTIMAGEN was started in 1987 and was only 1,200sqm exhibition and very few exhibitors. To date it occupies more than 21,000sqm with over 600 exhibitors, it is expected to host more than 28,000 professional attendees from over 20 countries. In 2008 PLASTIMAGEN Mexico will have official support from the National Plastic Industries Association, AC (ANIPAC), as well as the support from other equally important international plastics industry associations. EJK's expansions plans on the Mexican Plastic Industry consider serving the northern industrial region of the country as well.

"The plastics industry is integrated into several other industries, such as petroleum, packing, electrical, consumer, building, medical, automotive, agricultural, and furnishings. That is why PLASTIMAGEN Mexico is an event with international flair and a marker of new business," said Paul St. Amour, Vice President for Latin America E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc.

Over the last 20 years the exhibition was organized and produced 14 times by OPREX, SA. de CV, under the expert direction of Mrs. Elena R. Maribona. "Now that E.J. Krause & Associates has acquired PLASTIMAGEN, I am sure that it is going to be in the hands of experts and that EJK will surpass the expectations not only of the exhibitors, but also the attendees; they are worldwide experienced leaders. I wish E.J. Krause the best for their leadership on organizing this event," Maribona said.

On a global basis, the worldwide consumption of plastics per country per capita in 2006 was 228 million tons. At the top of the list are The United States and China (who last year reached an 18% increase). Mexico is in 12th place with a consumption of approximately 4.5 million tons with an average of 43 kg per capita.
